When you create an account and book a course, we collect:

• Your name, email address and telephone number.
• Your company name, where you provide one.
• The names of the learners attending, so we can prepare the register and certificates.
• Your booking history and payment status.
• A copy of your bank transfer slip, which you upload so we can confirm payment.

We do not collect or store card details. Payment is made by bank transfer directly to our account, and we never see your banking credentials.

Our website security software logs IP addresses and failed sign-in attempts. That is how we keep the booking system from being broken into, and it is looked at only when we are investigating a problem.

Payment slips contain sensitive financial information, so we treat them carefully. When you upload a slip it is sent directly to our booking inbox as an email attachment. It is not stored in this website’s media library and is not accessible from any public web address.

• To reserve your seat and confirm your booking.
• To match your bank transfer to your booking.
• To send you joining instructions, receipts and course information.
• To prepare attendance registers and issue certificates.
• To answer your enquiries.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for marketing. We share it only where necessary to deliver your course:

• Awarding bodies such as NEBOSH, IOSH and CIEH, where learner registration is required for the qualification you are taking.
• Our service providers, who process data on our behalf: our web host, our email provider, and our website security and content delivery providers.
• Where the law requires it, including any lawful request from a regulator or authority in Brunei Darussalam.

NEBOSH, IOSH and CIEH are based in the United Kingdom, so registering a learner for one of their qualifications means their details are sent outside Brunei Darussalam. We share only what the awarding body needs to register the learner and issue the certificate.

This site sets cookies that are necessary for it to work: keeping you signed in, remembering the contents of your booking, and making sure signed-in visitors are served the correct version of a page. We do not use advertising cookies on this booking site.

We keep booking records, receipts and invoices for as long as we need them for accounting and awarding-body purposes. Payment slips are retained only for as long as needed to confirm and reconcile your payment. Account details are kept while your account remains open.

You may ask us to show you the personal information we hold about you, correct anything that is wrong, or delete your account. Write to [email protected] and we will respond. Please note that we may need to keep certain booking and payment records to meet accounting obligations even after an account is closed.

We handle personal information in line with Brunei Darussalam’s data protection requirements.

We may update this notice as the booking system develops. The date below shows when it was last revised.
